The Chef & The Kitchen
Chef KenBrookside Country Club is proud to have its entire dining operation led by Executive Chef, Chef Kenneth J. Bucholtz. Chef Ken received his degree at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has been with Brookside Country Club since 1995.
Chef Ken has received numerous gold and silver medals when competing in the American Culinary Federation competitions, was voted the Most Impressive Chef" by the Canton Repository in 2003 and received the "Chef of the Year" award by the American Culinary Federation of Greater Canton in 1998 and 2006!
The Chef’s Table
Brookside Members have the unique opportunity to join the Chef and his professional culinary team in the Brookside Kitchen for a Chef's Table for groups of 4-8. Members and their guests are dazzled by Chef Ken and his staff while they watch their five-course menu prepared in either the Brookside kitchen or in their own home!
