Brookside is known for our fantastic food & beverage team, one of the best culinary teams in the country. From our chefs to our managers and everyone in between. Our culinary team, lead by Executive Chef Ken Bucholtz is talented, creative and consistent when preparing your meals. Each dish is custom made with fresh ingredients coming in daily. They are happy to make custom meals to meet any dietary or allergy needs. Our hard-working service teams are here to make your dining experience special every time you come out to the Club. We value ourselves on customer service and providing our members with the best service possible.


Wine Club
     

Membership in the Brookside Wine Club entitles the member to attend planned social events, wine tastings, and fabulous vintner dinners.

Wine Club members receive their very own protected, personal 12-bottle capacity wine locker in the Club's temperature-controlled wine cellar. Membership in the Wine Club enables members to select from thousands of wines to meet their personal preferences.
